The Houston Museum of African American Culture explores stories inspired by themes of opportunity, empowerment, creativity, innovation, and cultural interrelationships through the lens of the African American experience. Alongside preserving African American history, the HMAAC seeks to engage visitors of every race and background through discovery-driven learning. HMAAC admission is always free of charge.
